Disappointing Result (Lipotrim)

Advantages: Feeling of slim

I started Lipotrin on 18th February 2006 and in my first week I lost a masive 14 pounds. I weighed in yesterday only to find that I had stayed the same this was a very disappointing result for me as I sat through family dinners with only a glass of water. I might add though I have been suffering terrible with constipation which I am hoping is the reason why I did not loose any weight this week. In my head I have commited myself to four weeks of the full diet so with a low heart I left the chemist with my third weeks supply of Goodies!!!! I have a family wedding on the 18th of April so I really have my self built up for great weigh loss between now and then so hopefully I will not be disappointed with myself next week. I will keep you posted.

Summary: Plenty of water is a godsend it gives you that feeling of fullness and you dont feel as hungry
