I am now on my 3rd week of the Lipotrim diet and I am extremely impressed ! I gained more and more weight over the past year and it was seriously depressing me. The more miserable and fat I felt the more I ate, I was then introduced to the Lipotrim diet and although its difficult to stick to, I have lost 13Lb so far and my 3rd week weigh in is on Monday. Its great, I can feel myself shrinking and I am managing to fit back into my old clothes. I also have a lot of energy and feel so more awake. I found the first weekend extremely difficult, but it does get easier, so my advice to anyone starting out is to stick to it, its definately worth it !! This diet is a total food replacement diet, which means no food passes the lips ! All you have all day is 3 milkshakes, there are few choices of flavours which include Strawberry milkshake, chocolate milkshake, vanilla milkshake, Chicken soup and then their are two types of flap jack which I have heard are not very nice so I havnt tried them. The best shakes are the chocolate and strawberry. You must drink at least four pints of water a day and unlimited black tea and coffee. That is it, nothing else is permitted. Its the best diet I have ever tried and I no longer feel hungry.
