Advantages: Already seeing less lbs on scales
Disadvantages: Hunger, dry mouth, weak legs oh and did I mention being starving?!
Lipotrim is for people with 3 or more stone to lose and is a total food replacement. Its approx £30 per weeks and you are expected to provide a urine sample each week to the pharmisist so they can check that your body is in ketosis. Apparantly you can lose 1 stone per month if follwed correctly.
I started on Lipotrim on Sat so am on day 3 now. Boy its hard but after reading loads about how fast the weight comes off I am sure its worth the determination and hard work. Am determind to keep going and shift the lbs before my holiday to Egypt in July. My starting weight was 14st 10lbs and I am already weighing in at 14st 5lbs! The hardest thing was not eating out at the weekend - but if I managed that then I am sure I will have the will power to keep going. I find I am contsantly toying with my mind just now, half of it saying 'oh for goodness sake, just eat, what does it matter' then the other half reminding me that I want to walk round the town and pick up size 12 clothes and look great. I have to remind myself that its not that I CANT eat but in actual fact, I am CHOOSING to follow this plan cause I cant stick to a normal diet and always cheat by kidding myself its actually ok to eat a massive burger king! The good thing about the shakes and soups is that i dont need to prepare meals and dont have to think about what to eat, its simple just choose one of the flavours and thats it end of!! Day 3 has def been the hardest so far, I had really week legs and thought they were going to give way after work but that soon passed. Watch out for the headaches, just drink plenty of water, it helps. My partners being a great support and full of encouragment which is a massive help too. Would love to hear from anyone who has any advise on how to beat the cravings or anyone wanting to share their experiences!!!
Summary: focus on a day at a time!

- 02/08/06 It would be better to write a full consumer review when you have been on the program a little longer. Frankly it sounds terribly unhealthy from what I have read, and a rip off too |

- 28/03/06 Hiya, Good luck!! It probably wasn't best to post this review now because a review is supposed to have experience of the service (so say you reach July and have been (un)successful - at least you'd be able to give a full opinion of what happened through the months.
What is Lipotrim though? There are those that may have heard about it by name only and are searching for information. What do you have to do? How much does it cost? What results are expected? What troubles etc did you come across in your experience? Who is it recommended for?
Update this review as you have news to report and at least then it will give people an idea of what is happening.
