Advantages: Good, quick weight loss

Hi Everyone. Been on lipotrim for 3 weeks now and lost 16llbs and feel great. The shakes taste a lot better if you mix them with an electric hand whisk which can be bought from tesco for £4.00. The whisk makes the shakes creamy. Mix vanilla with coffee and hot water and it tastes like a vanilla latte. You can add a small amount of curry powder to the chicken soup which makes it taste a lot better, I have the chocolate hot as well. The strawberry I mix with cold water and ice. I found that If I had my first shake at about 11.00am my second at 4.00pm and my last one at 8.00pm I felt less hungry and found it better to cope. It is not easy but it does get easier as the days pass. Good luck and dont give up. Sandie
