hi the name is eoin i am 11st 7 lb and almost 20yr
i just started the lipotrim to day i had the strawberry for lunch it was ok im going to have the chicken soup for dinner so i hope it gos down ok cos i here some of you guy have got sick and stuff after drinking them so ill try and update over the first few days any advice is welcome thanks

Altern atively, check with your GP surgery if they can refer you to a dietician or nutritionist who can teach you about healthy eating and the important of exercise.

Save you money for something worth while not a fad, expensive diet that will, in all likelyhood, not work.
