Advantages: It'll make me healthier in the long run.

Disadvantages: I cant eat, and im affraid that i'll raid the fridge, or pig out after i manage to lose summit..

I started the lipotrim 3days ago,and i want to eat a subway sandwich... the diet is fine but its the fact that the choice as such isnt mine, eg, if i chose to go on a high pro diet, i know i could do it and if i didnt want to eat i wouldnt.. but i cant believe im chosing not to eat.....my breath stinks at the mo, and my tongue is furry and i cant stand all the water either.....

Its killing me watching everyone else eat.

is ANYTHING i could eat on this?????

Summary: so, i tink that there should alodge for us to have support while on this.....
