Keep going - it's worth it! (Lipotrim)

Advantages: Quick weight loss Disadvantages: Constantly being worried about stale breath To those of you who have just started - stick with it! I lost a stone in the first two weeks and now just 9 weeks later I have lost 2.5 stone with only 1 stone to go until I reach my target weight. As the plan progressed I did find weight loss decreased to 2 to 4 lbs a week, but I feel this is a heathy rate and am happy with it. I have found that weight loss improves by drinking the recommended 2 ltrs of water a day, which also has the effect of filling you up. As for making the shakes more appetising, I add a spoonful of coffee to the vanilla and chocolate and drink them hot, and find a few drops of tobasco sauce spices up the chicken soup. As for the breath, chewing gum and mouth sprays work well, so does drinking lots of water. I have also 'cheated' at times but don't become disheartened, just treat each day as a new one and only look forwards. Good luck! Summary: Drink lots of water, flavour you shakes |
