I started Lipotrim just over a week ago. Im lucky as I have 2 of my best friends from different parts of the UK starting at roughly the same time. I lost 12lbs in week 1 and could hardly believe it!!!
I put all my shakes in the blender with ice and it tastes so much nicer. I even blend my soup and heat up in a pot when Im at home. I season with salt and pepper and all 3 of us agree that to eat the soup from a bowl rather than drinking from a cup is good. This way you feel like you are having a meal!!! and you dont get the smell overpowering you when you drink from a cup/mug.
One of my friends gave me a brilliant tip for when I feel hungry...drink water and paint your nails. Ive never had such pretty hands :-)
