Advantages: 9lbs weightloss in 1 week

Disadvantages: Hunger pains

I started Lipotrim a week ago, and today I had my first weigh in. I used to weigh a healthy 9 stone, until I bought my own house with my boyfriend and became rather settled and you could say a little more in-active. Within 2 years my weight had gone up to 11 ½ stone. Recently, I have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome which may have also made me gain weight. I went to the doctor about the PCOS and he told me I was overweight and that losing the weight my help my condition. I'm hopeless at dieting, and have a friend who did the Lipotrim diet and it worked really well for her, so I thought I'd give it a go! At first it was really hard (even when I was feeding the dog, his food looked tempting) and I very nearly cracked several times, but remained strong. After my first week, I feel like I have lost no weight and was nervous going to the first weigh in - but I have actually lost 9lbs! I thought it was going to be more like 3lbs! I couldn't believe it, I was so excited and it really gave me the extra boost I needed to continue for another 3 weeks. So my advice to anyone who is thinking of doing this is to continue if you can, even if you feel like you are still heavy, or you haven't lost weight - you have! I was pleasantly surprised today and it has really spurred me on. It was a great feeling to know I'd lost 9lbs in a week and I hope you can all feel like that too! Good luck to you all!

Summary: So far so good

Oh I'm so happy I found your post. I have PCOS aswell and have put on 3 and a half stone in just under 2 years! Ive been to all sort of doctors and was told that I couldnt have children, but if I were to lose the weight I could have a chance. I sleep 17 hours a day because of the PCOS (apparantly it hits some worse than others), so I'm giving this diet a go. Congrats about the 9lbs in 1 week! I hope I do as well as you.

Please post more about how its going with you.
