Advantages: quick weight loss

Disadvantages: this isn't suitable unless you are prepered to put 100% into it.

I have been on lipotrim for 6 weeks now, and I must say it is one of the hardest things I have ever put myself through!
I am getting weighed tonight, and couldn't go last week as I was away camping, but in the first 4 weeks lost 2 stone - so hoping for a good loss tonight.
I can fully understand how this tries to break the addiction with food - All I could think about for the first 5 weeks was food, and anything edible sounded good, whether it was something I liked before or not! this week has still been hard, but I no longer wake up thinking about eating, and sometimes forget I haven't had my 'tea'.
My husband is one of those lucky people who can eat anything, but has overcome his own addiction to alcohol - he has been so increadibly supportive because he knows what I am going through, the best thing we did was for me to give him and my daughter (teenager) there shopping budget for the week, they do their own shopping, and all their own cooking - I have just started to volunteer to prepare the odd meel for them, and find it is no temptation at all - although I am getting to a point where I am pig sick of the bars, have gone off the chicken soup, but have been making the chocolate shake into the mouse - pretty gloopy and gross looking, but it is a change.
What it has made me realise more than anything is that I am addicted to food, but once I re-programme myself, I will be heading back to slimming world to either keep loosing or maintain the weight I am happy with.
