hi I'm on my 2ND week with lipotrim
.i have lost 11lbs so far.the first week was very hard but i feel great now
, reading other peoples reviews as encouraged me a lot, to stick to this diet.
i had headaches the first week but they have gone now, i also suffer with i.b.s but i,ve been great since using lipotrim
i have been warming the chocolate shake up in a pan with sweetener it tastes quite like hot chocolate and is great for a change.
also i have split the sachets in the morning so i can have another drink mid morning.
i have more energy and also sleeping better.this diet is certainly worth trying .the sachets cost £36 a week from the pharmacy and you will be weighed every week but do make sure to watch the DVD thoroughly good luck everyone..........please persavere with the first few days xxxxxxxx
