Advantages: Hopefully will loose weight

Disadvantages: i miss food

Hi every one, I started the lipotrim on Monday.Which is a total meal replacement plan which you can either get from your GP or buy it from pharmacy's.Your meal's are replaced with 3 milkshakes and or chicken soup. I put on 3 stones during my pregnancy which i just could not shake,I also suffer from other illness which prevent me from doing exercise so it's different types of diet's that i end up doing. I had tried weight watcher's 7 years ago which worked. But for some reason when I tried it about a year ago all i managed to loose was 6lb in seven months which was really disheartening so I gave up. I always seem to be suffering from fatigue, and having no energy is a huge problem especially since i have 3 children under 5. So becoming desperate to improve how i feel and hoping that loosing the weight will help, when i heard about LT, I along with my mum thought we would try it. It's day 5 and i have to say i am finding it really, really hard. I find myself thinking of food all the time. I feel very week, no energy, shaky which isn't much different from before i started just a bit more intense. I really do feel like giving up. But am determined not to. Also being half term next week at least i don't have to worry about doing the school run. From what i have been reading the first week or so are the hardest so I'm hoping once i get past the first two week's it will get better. The craving for food and weakness will subside. My mum feels more or less the same as me. So it is good to read about people who are doing well on it

Thank you Ammo it is getting better last week i was a completely new person i havent been that active in year's i dont drink tea or coffee so it wasnt he lack of caffiene. But this week again is not so good my mouth tastes awfull. It's like when your ill and on loads of medication. This is what is causing me to feel down i have a really hard time drinking water now but still am forcing down 3ltr. The shakes end up leaveing an even worse taste and to top it all of my breath smells awfull. Which can be embarassing. mouthe washes only give me a couple minutes of relief. But on the up side i have lost another 3lb in my second week.

make sure you drink loads of water, the first week is the hardest but drinking 2 litres or more does help you curb your cravings and hunger. Headaches are normal in the first week but could be that you dont have as much caffiene as your body was used to... so try having a cup of black coffee/tea it might help
