Hi dieters, I am in week 3 and have lost 12.5lbs, 9lbs in the first week. I am thrilled and can see the difference already. My clothes feel better and everyone I work with comments on my weight lose. It took a bit of getting used to as i still have to cook for all the family (or else they would starve), so that was quite difficult, but it doesn't bother me now. Just keep focused on what you want to acheive and remember ' the feeling you will get when you are thin will deffinately outway the brief feeling of eating your favourite food'.
One disadvantage I don't like is the feeling of dirty teeth you get from the shakes. I find myself cleaning them alot, but hey at least i'v got a bright smile, and I am smiling alot lately.
Keep going everyone, you will feel so proud of yourselves.
