Advantages: fast weight loss

Disadvantages: feel a bit crap to start with

Hi all, well im new to this diet and am on day 2, feel a little bit groggy, light headaches, but so far so good. Have felt hungry but am sure this will pass. A friend of mine done this diet and lost 6 stone in nine weeks, so i know it works! I think its just a case of sticking with it. I am weighing in at 15 st 5 pounds, so i go back next friday to be weighed, i will let everyone know the outcome. I am hopeing to loose at least 3 stone, so good luck to everyone doing this, the sucsess stories seem really good, so it helps to come on here and read what other people are going through. I have tried the coconut flapjacks and i have to say they were not nice at all! i had the chicken soup last night,its not nice but i think i will add pepper next time, as i thin k it helps to feel like you are having food!!! good luck all x
