Advantages: quick weight loss

Disadvantages: not being able to go out for a meal with friends!

Hi all, i'm starting lipotrim with a friend on sunday, i'm very nervous but excited at the same time, also and desperate measures are needed. I'm 12 and a half stone and desperately want to get back down to 9 stone. I think i've done more or less every diet out there, some of them have worked for me but i've never actually acheived my goal and managed to maintain.
I know losing the weight will be the easiest bit and that maintaining is going to be the hardest. I have a 15yr old son and 2yr old twins and my goal is to be able to go swimming with them and not be completely ashamed when wearing a swimming costume also i love running but always feel too fat and too unfit to actually enjoy it. If anybody has any advice on lipotrim and how to maintain succesfully it would be much appreciated, thankyou x
