Advantages: quite tasty,fast working and successful

Disadvantages: having to remember to drink water

started on lipotrim last Tuesday.Felt a bit woozy and had a job getting to sleep for a few days, but now feel fine and quite energetic. I have lost about 9lbs so far -wow! want to lose 6 stone, but am taking some days off at Christmas - only for turkey and veg though so not too bad! Good luck to everybody!

I have tried all sorts before - slimming clubs and even hypnotherapy and always get stuck after losing a stone - then I give up -so quick results will be great for me as it will give me the incentive to carry on. It was great to see that someone had lost 9 stone. I suppose the hard part is re-educating oneself to eat sensibly afterwards and forget the favourite things like chocolate covered marzipan and things like that! have to keep off the Saturday bottle of wine too! Ah well!
