2nd time and it's working again! (Lipotrim)

Advantages: You don't have to diet for weeks only to see slow results Disadvantages: I feel more tired sometimes
This is my second time on Lipotrim - March 08 I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks (and for the first 9 days felt so hungry I almost wanted to eat my own arm). I then did the correct refeeding afterwards and lost a further 3lbs. Sadly over the year I forgot (?) the basic rule - fat makes you fat - and have put the weight back on. This time around I am finding it much easier to stick to - only the very occasional hunger pang on an evening. I think knowing more about the refeeding and understanding the diet better (I was given a lot of information at the end of the diet last time) has helped me. I wish I could agree with the person who wrote that we shouldn't be doing this if we learnt about how different elements/food work within our bodies... but having once weighed 8 stone too much for too many years it is nigh on impossible to lose weight and keep it off on our own or with slimming clubs - if it were simply a matter of educating ourselves there wouldn't be an obesity epidemic - we do know at 'least' the basics regarding the right food and many of us know a great deal but we enjoy eating too much too often! This diet really motivates you as it is so quick - what you need to do is learn to do new & interesting things with all the spare time you have - it is amazing how much time I used to spend eating. These new interests help break the boredom eating - speaking for myself. I only like the strawberry shake the chicken soup and the peanut bars. Summary: tried the rest, try the best |
