I am a 39 yo male done the Lipotrim Diet starting in January 2008 till about May 2008, I was 19 stone 14.5 lbs on Jan 19th 2008 BMI 39.4 , I stayed on TFR until May 2008. Through Lipotrim I have lost 6.5 stone weight I am now 13.5 stone BMI 26.78. Total change in my lifestyle I eat low fat type foods " read the Labels" Cook for yourself, just know what you eat, I also does abit of excercise twice a week. this is Feb 9th 2009 I am still 13.5 stone. The maintenance bars are a great help and I always try to have a few on stand by. Lipotrim helped me to shed the excess as I was super obese and motivated me to change my lifestyle why go through TFR If you intend piling it on again. Just wish you all the best with Lipotrim a hard slog but worth the effort
