second week on lt lost 13lbs first week so hoping to have lost about same this week will find out on monday.Diet is hard and people say my breath stinks lol so carrying toothbrush and tooth paste every where. Its all worth it though have had enough of being this way , determined to stick to this and lose at least 4 stone.have had some real bad cravings and have nearly gave in a few times but need to keep to this one. was always the one who would make comments about my weight before any one else could and am sick of it. so keep your fingers crossed for me lol. was 17stone 9 lbs am now 16stone 9 lbs . this diet gives you the fast results we all want if you stick to it.but i still love cooking for family and friends, shopping bill gone down as well ... bonus
