hi its my day 4 today but wheww day 3 was the hardest especially I have to prepare pizza for my kids and their friends (sleep over) and had a bite of it but after that I feel really stupid I shouldn't have done it. Really regret it and now to make me feel better I will go for a long walk. Am planning to lose 3 stone and really reading your comments gives me the motivation. Plus I can feel that my clothes is a bit lose now haven't weigh myself I just want to do it when I go and pick my 2nd week at the chemist.
For the one that had done it and succeed well done to you all and for the new one like me if they can do it so we can.
