Advantages: Loose weight fast! Gets rid of bad food habbits! appreciate healthier foods more even salad and veg!

Disadvantages: First three days feel a little weak. Having to go for a wee all the time.

Hello fellow lipotrim dieters! I am 11 1/2 stone and 20 yrs old and looking to loose 2 1/2 stone. Lost 7lbs already whoop woop! Ive been on the lipotrim diet for 6 days now and finally finding it a breeze! Main reason for starting is my confidence has dropped a lot. I have put on the weight in the last year as i did weigh 8 1/2 stone; but of mixture of unhealthy eaing and driving everywhere has caught up on me. And i suffer terribly from stretch marks like really really bad and i haven't even had any babies so i want to stop anymore from coming- i know they wont go away but they will fade in time.

I Haven't cheated once which is really good for me as my biggest downfall is crisps and dominoes pizza which i recently found is the worst takeaway you can have. Ive been adding some curry powder to my chicken soup- which i think is okay and it works wonders. (Aren't sure if this is allowed hope it wont effect anything!)

First three days are hardest but i haven't had any side effects like other reviews like headaches and hairloss as of yet- and not suffered from constipation however you find you don't have to visit the toilet as much- obviously needing to go to pee is another story haha!- probably due to the amount of water i am drinking.

My favourite shake is strawberry! I dont particularly like the vanilla but i never liked vanilla tasting foods before i started anyway- and i really like the chicken soup- Unlike most people! I think this is because of the variety from just having the shakes. I do find myself smelling foods on a regular basis though! Get a belnder even if its a cheap one- i borrowed one from a friend and now the shakes taste really lovely- like proper milkshake like frijj and yazoo. Add ice to make it thicker and more yummier! I didn't look foward to the shakes the 1st few days mainly because it was still a litlle lumpy before i aquired a blender but now i look foward to them. They fill you up and now i dont feel hungry throughout the day- I just miss the food. Ive even started incorporating some light exercise and hopefully i loose the weight a little quicker. I feel so energetic- but dont over exert yourself- i just do some walking or walk up and down my stairs. But remember drink more water if your going to do some exercise.

Some people say it costs loads but when you add everything up- you would probably spend more than £ 36 pounds a week on food, drink and takeaways anyway i know i certainly did- so im saving money!
I found that looking at the reviews gave me the willpower to keep going i hope it does the same for you!

Lipotrim rocks! Stay strong! Stick to it to see the results. If you ever feel like a chat send me a msg! Good luck to everyone and i'll keep you informed.

Summary: Brilliant diet for those who really want to loose weight and get over the initial change to ketosis.

I have also rated NU as there is no real description of what the diet is, this is more like a blog entry.

I have rated NU as this is a dangerous diet. You would be better off eating sensibly and doing some exercise. That way you could lose weight AND keep it off. Susan

I am going to be annoying and pedantic here but its "lose" weight, not "loose" - which is something a knot might be.
