Advantages: quick weight loss

Disadvantages: felliing tired and cranky first three days

Hi this is my second time on Lipotrim i did it over two and half years ago and lost 19 lbs the first week 3 the second and 6 the third total of two stone in 3 weeks now i am a fitness instructor but weight piled on when i was working full tme and in a mickey mouse gym but then got a new job in a real state of the art gym so i wanted a boost didnt refeed but was training 30 hours a week so lost another 2 stone but got injured in November so had to cut down training and put on 1and half stone so now i need a kick start to feel good and get my clothes to fit so i started today i have no probs with the shakes just strawberry and vanilla i have and i normally drink 7 to 10 litres of water a day i know its too much but i was drinking 15 ltrs a day yes 15 so my gp and physio said i must wean of water and just drink max 4 litres a day its so hard to cut down water. Fingers crossed i can stick to this but it does work good luck everyone
