hi, ive started lipotrim today have found it quite dificult but havnt cheated or anything, i had the strawberry shake and thought it was, disgusting, so had chocolate and it was alot nicer and easier to drink, i have been told by a friend who has lost weight on the diet to reduce the amount of water to powder as this makes it slightley thicker and creamier and fills you up more. has any olne else done this and does it work. what are the chicken soups and flapjacks like because i thought that if i had soup for my tea it would feel more normal. my partner had steak and oh my god it smelled beautiful, but i stuck it out and am determined to get the weight off,. your reviews are really good and i love hearing how much weight people are losing and that it does work. xx
