Advantages: Quick results

Disadvantages: Difficult

On lipotrim 7 weeks now, and have lost 2 stone. Want to lose another 5, to get to my target. The first week was hellish, never felt so hungry, cold and cranky in my life!. But it does get easier after that. Found that increasing water intake from 2 to 3 litres a day, plus 2 spoons of Fibre Clear sorted out constipation. Also, changing from making shakes to 'mousses' by using less water when mixing, makes you feel fuller and feel like you,re actually eating something. I try to space the 'mousses' out over the couse of the day to feel less hungry. Lipotrim is definitely hardcore and not easy by any means, but if you stick with it, and once you start to see the weight coming off, it gives a real incentive to keep going. I promise myself that when I reach my target, I will NEVER go through this again, and that will be my motivation to maintain my weight. Goog luck to everybody on it!

Summary: Difficult, but does give results quickly

This does not explain anything about this so called diet at all. It's not a diet, it's total food replacement and not healthy if you do it for too long.

Healthy eating and exercise will ensure you keep the weight off and not fall into the yo yo dieting trap. And it will be so much cheaper in the long run.

Just imagine how much healthy food you could buy for the £36 a week. You could even afford a gym membership.

Si t down and do the math before you spend more money on often hollow promises.
