Today I started my fourth week of the lipotrim diet. I have lost 8 kilos so far and I am one dress size down. Living out of 3 shakes a day and tons of water is kind of strange. My cravings have gone away. And been able to take the little sachets in my handbag to prepare the shakes at lunch time or dinner time makes dieting somehow "easy". The last few days I have been feeling very tired I went to gym a couple of times las week to do a 20 minutes gentle walk but I dont think I will do it again, at least not until I stop the diet. I think the total food replacement programme is a bit of a extreme solution to weight problems but you would be able to understand better if you knew how bad food addiction can be, how difficult is to control cravings or to keep away from comfort food when you are stressed, depressed or anxious. I decided to do it because I wanted to test my determination, I wanted to prove to myself that I am able to take control of my life by fighting an addiction. Fast results are encouraging, the only thing I think and want now is to be able to enjoy food in a healthy way. I like what I see in the mirror now and I am proud to know that I can do it, I can manage my addiction to food, I can fight it but it will be a work of a lifetime. The quick results of Lipotrim is only the beginning of a new life style, a new and improved version of yourself.
