I've been on Lipotrim for 10weeks and have another 6 to go before my three month holiday. There is some personal advise further in this review that might help you. Little things that have helped me stick to this for 10weeks without having even one single cheat.
I have never been a big eater (Just the wrong foods at the wrong times). I found this diet quite hard and as time has passed it has not got any easier. I still miss food, I cant drink coffee without milk so mix mix it into my morning vanilla shake. I am determined to keep going, I just keep saying I have gone all this time without so it would be a shame to brake it now.
I've gone from 19st7 to 14st3 thats a loss of 5st4 in 10weeks if I keep it up I think I can reach my goal before my holiday. I have found new confidence which allows me to do new things like kick boxing, swimming and squash which I love. It also helps me to tone up.

Advice

The thing you have to look at things in life are either fear V desire or in this case desire V desire. Which is greater your Fear of spending you life overweight with no confidence and constantly tired or the desire for that bottle of coke and plate of chips? This desire for food is always short lived with me today I want one thing and tomorrow I'll have forgotten about that and moved on to wanting something else. I don't really want it I just want what I shouldn't have.
You also don't have to have the same boring idea of three basic shakes, mix one up with Ice to make it more of a smoothly or ad a spoonful of coffee to your vanilla for a cafe late or to the chocolate shake if you prefer a mocha. Use less water to turn you shake into a moose and if you are really really missing solid food ask your pharmacist or doctor about the flapjacks they do on the plan. I didn't like them much and you have to drink a load more water but it gives you something a bit more solid if you are really having problems. I used them in my 4th week and despite the lack of taste they did help.

I know I have said it before but what do you want more?
To lose the weight of to have that meal.

set your self mini goals to achieve and when you achieved them treat yourself to the new DVD you've wanted or maybe a facial. This helps keep you focused.

keep busy. the busier you are the less you will think about it. take up a new hobby or activity to occupy your time. When times are at there worse go for a walk (just around the block) it will help clear your head and is good exercise.

Keep the clothes you slimed out of and when you feel bad go and put them on just so you can see how well you have done. Mirrors don't show you what you've lost because everyday you see the same thing (It's a psychologically thing).

The most important thing on this diet is to believe in yourself. You can do it. I was once at 23st and tried so many fads lost a little gave up tried again and now look at me go. I know it sound stupid and simple but its not, you have to ignore those who want to bring you down.

Hi, great review. Very useful tips as i am now at the end of my 1st week and have my weighing tomorrow. congrat on losing the 5st4lb in so little time. Do you mind me asking, does this not leave you with stretch marks or lose skin with losing so much so fast? I want to lose 4st but dont want to lose it to fast as a few years ago i had a bit of a troubled time and lost weight to fast a got little stretch marks on my hips and legs. Hope you are still going strong with you diet. well done x

Welcome to Dooyoo. I really have no idea what lipotrim is - apart from some sort of diet where you can't eat. WOuld be very useful if you told us about how you get on it, what you have to do etc. Other than that - great 1st review !!
