NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE (Lipotrim)

Advantages: fast weight loss

Disadvantages: taste of shakes, clammy, cold, racing pulse, trouble sleeping

This product evidently works for some people, and i know that it would have made me lose weight if i had been able to do do it - HOWEVER, i did it for 3 days and nights, and on the fourth morning i was so weak, my hands were clammy, my heart was racing, my blood pressure was down, and i could barely move around- i was completely drained. Im not sure why i was affected so badly, maybe something to do with blood sugar... i dont know for sure. Maybe it was because my weight wasnt very high to start with, i started at 10 st 7. I maybe lost a few pounds in the short time i did lipotrim.

Also, i found the shakes, soups and especially the bars nauseating, i found myself wishing i could skip eating them, it was all i could do to keep them down. in summary, some of you must manage to feel ok on this diet, but i can assure you, i felt terrible, and i'm so happy now that im just doing a normal low fat diet and walking lots. Good luck to the rest of you, i hope you all stay healthy on this diet
