Disadvantages: Not being able to eat
22/6/09 - I have had my 1st weighing today and have lost 7pound. A little slower than most people but overall happy, at least its going in the right direction. I willkeep you all updated on next weeks weighing.

It is now sunday and i have my 1st weighing tomorrow...Im so nervous as i dont feel i have lost anything. I nearly ate last night, I went to an Ann Summers party and all kinds of goodies from the kitchen were there, Garlic bread, Nuts and butties mmm. But i did not touch. I really have no review for you on how i coped, I think because all my friends were there, knowing what i was doing, so they didnt egg on to eat something. But i am feeling the pressure, People are saying to me it gets easier after 3-4 days. This is untrue (for me anyway), I am missing food but i am determined to stick it out, i believe support from family and friends is the best and also, dont hide anyway from food, dont not go somewhere because food could be around because when you do come to be around food, it will hurt more.
Ill let you all know how it goes tomorrow.

- 18/06/09 I take on board all your comment but i actually dont over eat, i pick at things. As a full time working mum and i do nails of a night as a little side job i dont find time to have proper food. I know this is probably most of my problem...I should find time to have proper meals. I do sometimes but i could try harder. This is a quick start for me and not forever. I am training myself to eat better and healthier once i have kicked started losing weight. Thank you for your comments jalfredprufrock, Congrat on keeping the weight off. I hope i am as lucky as you are. Keep it up x |

- 18/06/09 Do you know why you over eat? The real reasons behind it. You really need to know these things or your going to put it back on again. Personally I would advise you to lose weight gradually, through healthy eating and light exercise. This doesn't sound at all healthy, and your health is the most important thing of all. |
