I am now in week 2 and in my first week I lost 11lb...what an amazing feeling when you hear your weight lost, all the hunger pangs and sicky feelings will diminish when your pants are baggy and the lady at the chemist is dead chuffed for you!
I have tried/done countless diet throughout my 10 years of being overweight, I have just had a little girl 3 months ago and was creaping into the 20sts so I really need to pull myself down as my bp is suffering.
The shakes are gorge, you can turn them into hot chocs, vanilla mochas and frappes x Crush lots of ice in them to bulk them out and give it a bit of zing !
The soup did not agree with me personally but the flapjacks I really like, yes...they are dry and you need to take extra water with them but they do give you something to chew and it takes away the boredom.

My friend has been on this diet and lost 5st in 4 months, I am to lose 4 stone in 3 months...this can be done. Do NOT pick! Its dangerous and you will slip down into eating again, think of your health, your children, your bikini when you get tempted!!

I love popping onto this site for support and tips and advice, keep going and have a focus! I need to lose 6 stones in total, i am so ready for this weight loss, bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! x
