Advantages: IT WORKS AND YOU WILL DEFINATELY LOOK AMAZING, lIKE I HAVE MAINTANED TO LOOK THAT WAY, Disadvantages: A FEW HEADACHES, SO WHAT , GET SOME PARACETAMOL, SMELL OF FOOD , IS THE OTHER, DRINK WATER
HI U'all.... second time around...(MUM OF 3) 32YRS AND 5.22 TALL, first time was in January , WEIGHED 79.5KILOS and I kinda stick to it for 4weeks and I lost 10.6KILOS (23 pounds) 68.9KILOS -Went from size 16 to a size 12.. I managed to maintane the dress size but i have gained 2kgs, NOW AT 70.8KILOS about 5pounds... I'm RE-starting the program AGAIN tomorow for 2 solid weeks THEN 1 WK REFEED, AND THEN MAINTANANCE and hoping to shift 13pounds with the help of a cross trainer and a twister stepper..... I have a funcntion on the 3rd of August that I need to look good and this is now motivating me to lose the remaining 13pounds that I had lost 5pounds towards it... Anyway, Im so determined to do this.... THIS DIET WORKS FOR ME, coz I exercise and i found out that I now estimate the calories I consume, at least 1500calories and then burn at least 500 from the gym or exercise 5 days a week... u will find that the weight will be under your control... I also recomend that people shuld have a bathroom scale that they can hop on every morning to keep check of their weight. That way you can tell if u are almost cripping up fast and therefore do something abt it that very day ie, cut down a bit the food sizes etc..... So my advise is , EXERCISE, EAT SMALL, ESTIMATE yo CALORIE INTAKE, and WEIGH YOSELF everyday.. cause if you were me, u need to do that , becoz i gave out all my big clothes to family and now im stuck with a small size 12 that I wish to continue to be or get to a minimum size 10..... I will update you next WEEK 14TH JULY 2009 this time...WITH THE ACTUAL RESULTS!!!!! Summary: WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED NEXT, I HAVE A FUNCTION TO ATTEND 03/08/09, TO LOOSE 13POUNDS. |
