Advantages: Weight loss

Disadvantages: Preparing food for others

Well finally got fed up with my gut and a friend recommended Lipotrim so I thought I'd give it a whirl. I have to say its a bloody miracle !!!

Yes I did find the 1st week hard and I was exhausted. I would recommend people starting on a Thurday so you have a weekend to adjust. I stuck to it and the results were immediate and hence encouraged me to keep at it. I would point out that after the 1st week I did allow myself some fruit and zero fat greek Yogurt in the evening and also tomatoes. This was more for the fact I needed to chew something than for the food itself. It was explained that this would slow the weight loss down, I didn't consider this a problem as I was/am loosing it faster than I had hoped or expected.

I am now approaching week 4 and I am at 13.8 stone down from 15.9 I am guessing that I will now need to sop full meal replacement as if the weight loss continues at this speed I will be underweight! I am 6'4ins so would look like a lollipop if I lost to much more. Target is 13st

I am very happy with Lipotrim and will return to it if I find I am gaining weight again, but I have to say that I realise what foods I must avoid in quantity now ie Bread and juices and am enjoying the reaction of friends and family so will work hard to stay at this weight.

Good luck anyone thinking of using it, with a bit of inner strength you will be amazed at the results.

Summary: Its a Miracle !

I have been on Lipotrim 9weeks and lost 2stone and my skin has cleared up and i have stopped getting head ackes. I feel great. All the people that say they felt ill cant have been drinking enough water and likely to of been over doing it with running around too much. After 4 days cravings stop and you feel much better. If i can do it anyone can. Im 25 and only 5ft 1 in hight. i was 12stone and now 10stone how good is that in just 9weeks and feel the best i ever felt in ages. = )

Noticed that people seem to stop posting here after they stop taking Lipotrim and I feel it's important to find out how things are progressing post diet.

I am no longer taking Lipotrim and have started to eat although a greatly reduced amount. I have cut out bread and fruit juices as hot beds of carbohydrate intake.

Doing the diet made me think that looking at carb intake as well as fat intake was important. I never new that fruit juices were so high in carbs and guzzled them with impunity. If I'm thirsty now I drink water and if I'm hungry I snack on blueberries, strawberries and raspberries instead of bread.

So far so good, I've not put on any weight much to my relief and have made life styles changes like going to the Gym. I would still like to loose a further half stone but feel it's more important to live a more regular life style and look to changing my relationship with food.

2.5 stone lighter and looking 10 years younger with plenty of nice comments from friends and family all thanks to Lipotrim !
