Hi gera2006, Keep going you can do it. Everyday is a struggle on lipotrim but you will get thru it. Make sure you drink plenty to keep those headaches at bay.I have lost 4 stone all together but because of other health reasons i had to come off it. I have been off it 3 weeks now and i did not do the re-feed. My doctor advised me to count my calories and stick to 1200-1500 cals per day. Im finding it really easy to follow and up to now i've not put weight back on...if anything i've lost a pound or two. Good luck.

hi im on day four of lipotrim i had terrible headaches yesterday and feeling a little down today i just hope i make it through the week. I have done this diet before in 2008 and lost 3 stone in 3 months but didnt do maintance and gradually put it all back on. i know it works but is so hard , goodluck anyone else doing this .
