Hi, i will be starting my first day of lipotrim diet tomorrow for the 2nd time, sooo looking forward but this time i swear i will keep the weight off!! there is a few down sides to this diet but looking at the end results i had was it worth it???? yes it was....! I LOST 129lbs/ 9st-3lbs in 20 weeks, PLUS POINTS: the weight just fell off, had so much energy, hair and nails grew strong and long all aches and pains stopped felt 18 again.DOWNSIDE POINTS: headaches first 10 days, felt cold all way through diet, irratable and snappy, then worst of all when i started to"refeed" my hair fell out very distressing as this lasted for 12 weeks, i lost roughly 50% volume of my hair. this is the only thing that worries me bout going back on it.

Back in 2009 I lost 100lbs (7 stones, 45kg) on the Lipotrim pharmacy programme. The major advantages of Lipotrim is that if you are obese then you are probably addicted to food, and food addiction is different from any other addiction--you can't go (sorry for the pun) cold turkey. No other addictive substance is vital to life. You can ... Read the complete review

Hi I'm currently on lipotrim at the moment! My starting weight was 15,6 and I lost 13 pounds week one! 3 pounds week 2 and 8 pounds week 3. Im currently 13,11 I'm finding it great full of energy and never starving but I always want to eat what my friends have! I'm just so scared of comin off it in 3 weeks for my sisters wedding and piling on the pounds. I'm going to be so careful when it comes to eating the right foods and exercising like made! I will be going back on it after Christmas until I get to 10 stone so kinda glad I have the break in between because I don't think I could do this for 4 months straight! I crave healthy food now. But overall happy on it

If anyone of you consider to try out LipoTrim (the purple on the bottle one and the one sends out free trial), please do not try it if your stomach is not good. I took 1 pill only before meal and it squeezed my stomach so bad. Yes, it does make me feel full and don't feel like eating, but my stomach was getting pain more and more. ... I weigh about 12. stone (won't let the pharmacist tell me what I weigh only what I lose)! I have previously done Lipotrim before and lost a massive 55lbs. I couldn't even pick that up in bags. I amnow on day 4 of Lipotrim. The thing is, the longer you do it and don't cheat, the easier it gets. Not had any headaches at all this time. When I first went on the diet I did for three days but was told that it was caffeine withdrawl.Don't give up it really works. Best diet for losing weight fast.Quick tip: Everytime you get weighed put your weight loss in grams or Ibs (400g tin of soup is anout 1lb 1oz )in a carrier bag. You won't believe how heavy half a stone is.Keep at it.Elaine

It is now my first day again I'm in the right mindset this time I no longer have to cook meals for my partner just my little girl so should be easier! It is hard just keep a goal or image in ur head that will keep u motivated! The water really helps as it fills u up and also gets rid of headaches!! Im now in a new relationship so have the motivation to get beautiful! Good luck to everyone it does work ! Just keep going its only a short term thing!!! Xxx

Hi Guys. Started lipotrim yesterday. I have to say this is harder than I thought it would be! I constantly feel hungry at the min. I am drinking plenty of water. Drank just under 4l yesterday. Can anyone tell me how long before I stop feeling uncomfortably hungry???? I am determined to make this work for me so any positive tips would be fantastic. I put all my weight on after having 2 children and it has severely knocked my confidence. My sister is getting married in 4.5 months and I need to have 2 stone gone for the wedding.

Two weeks in and 13lb lighter. Starting 13st 10lb, getting under 12 was like mission impossible but now 12st 11lbs and delighted. You head needs to be in the zone to commit to this but it helped me by taking a photo of myself in my underware ..... true motivation after that. I have felt great for the entire time as it deliveries 100% and more of all vitamins and minerals etc... better than any feeding diet. So I am totally detoxed also.
