I am on my second time with Lipotrim, the first being some years ago. I am now in week two having lost 9 1/2lbs the first week. I have just had my weigh in today & lost a further 5lbs which makes a total of 1st & 1/2lb. So now about to commence week 3. I have to admit it has been hard work as I work shifts so when I feel tired it is more ...

I started Lipotrim last week and although I did find it hard at first, now I am finding I am getting used to the shakes and dont think about eating as much as I did. I feel like I have re-trained my brain, as I would pick at things all day where as now I know I can I spread my shakes out through the day well so I dont get chance to feel too hungry. In my first week I lost 9lbs and I am over the moon! I still need to lose another 2 1/2 stone but I feel great knowing its coming down and at a good pace!! I feel totally fine on this diet and would recommend to anyone who can stick to it.

Having been very unhappy for the last ten years with my ever increasing weight gain and having done Atkins on two previous occasions, fallen off the wagon and having put all of the weight back on again plus some, I finally decide to do Lipotrim late last year having seen the benefits to a couple of colleagues who had done it. The first ...

I am a 60 year old male diabetic. I understand that a lot of the information below may not mean an awful lot to most of you, especially if you don't have the health problems that I have. Seven weeks ago I was injecting 120 units of insulin, and, taking 1700mg of Metformin every day. I had chronic haemorrhoids, and, severe pains from duodenal ...

This product evidently works for some people, and i know that it would have made me lose weight if i had been able to do do it - HOWEVER, i did it for 3 days and nights, and on the fourth morning i was so weak, my hands were clammy, my heart was racing, my blood pressure was down, and i could barely move around- i was completely drained. Im not ...

I've been on Lipotrim for 10weeks and have another 6 to go before my three month holiday. There is some personal advise further in this review that might help you. Little things that have helped me stick to this for 10weeks without having even one single cheat. I have never been a big eater (Just the wrong foods at the wrong times). I found ...

I lost 20lbs in 20 days on lipotrim in November. The first 3 days I was hungry and cold and headaches but this soon passed once my body was in ketosis. I have kept the weight off and the reason I stopped after 20 days was because of Christmas, even though everyone said not too on this website. Well it is true that it is really really really hard to do the diet for a 2nd time. I've tried a few times this year. I have another stone to lose, which I know I could do in a couple of weeks but I give up on day 2 each time. So my advice is the diet is fab. If you have 3 shakes/soups a day try in the beginning to save one of these for the late evening so you dont go to bed hungry and dont give in.

Lipotrim is a low calorie formula(a bit like milkshake) which you mix with water to your desired consistency. You can chose from Strawberry,Chocolate,Vanilla or Chicken soup or two types of cereal bar(peanut and coconut)but these are absolutely horrid.Men are issued with 14 sachets/week(two/day) and Women 21(three/day) these are only 40g each and ...

Today I started my fourth week of the lipotrim diet. I have lost 8 kilos so far and I am one dress size down. Living out of 3 shakes a day and tons of water is kind of strange. My cravings have gone away. And been able to take the little sachets in my handbag to prepare the shakes at lunch time or dinner time makes dieting somehow ...

On lipotrim 7 weeks now, and have lost 2 stone. Want to lose another 5, to get to my target. The first week was hellish, never felt so hungry, cold and cranky in my life!. But it does get easier after that. Found that increasing water intake from 2 to 3 litres a day, plus 2 spoons of Fibre Clear sorted out constipation. Also, changing from making ...

I'm 27 and 176 lb's. I've been on the diet for about a week and a half now. I started out at 184 and just want to get rid of a stomach and the newly developed moobs. My little sister started the same day as me, she's the main reason i've gone on it (bit of moral support), she's 24 and she's lost 7.5 lb's so far. She's 15 stone tho. ...
