Im 24 years old and I just signed up with my pharmacist to start this diet, I tried yesterday and today to start it but im finding it hard to just get on the diet. I feel bad because I will be returning to the pharmacy on wednesday and I should have been on the diet by then a week. Why is dieting so hard? Im 5'1ft and my weight is 11 stone a BMI of 29.5 which is obese for my height, why cant I get on this diet? I have been reading reviews and most are all good. Im gonna try tomorrow fingers crossed I can start it and stay on it, get healthy and lose the weight.

First of all, before you read my review, Im a big advocate of this diet!
I am 6ft 7, and around 21 stone/130kg which is a tricky one for most people to accept as `major weight problem' due to my height and general stock, but I'm fat right now.
Anyhow, I did Lipotrim a couple of years ago with a flatmate with similar stats and we both were losing 8-10 pounds each week, I was also going to the gym a little and managed a 3 and a half stone loss in about 4 weeks which is a BIG weightloss. 2 chicken soups a day!! It's hard, you need HUGE discipline but providing will to lose weight=more than the will to eat cr*p. and you're obese, this is the one for you.
For a more sustained diet with real food, the best is Slimming World, green days/red days.

I have always been a relatively slim and healthy person, in fact I used to be a body builder, ran half marathons and taught aerobics. I ate the correct things, and I dont remember ever really having an ill day in years, however a few years ago, my life went pear shaped, I won't go into the reasons here as they aren't relevant to the review, but ... Hello. Just a quick word to tell you about my experience with Lipotrim.
Disaster. I don't really know how so many people managed to stay for so long on this unhealthy, crazy diet. I have tried for 5 days and I've felt dizzy, hungry, really weak. I couldn't concentrate at work, I couldn't sleep properly at night. This diet is basically a fast. I have done a few days fasting in the past and, believe me, my tongue was white, not constantly yellow like with Lipotrim! What is there in these packages they give you?
Finally on day 5 I got a cold and sore throath and decided that enough was enough.. and to look after myself better... This is only my experience of course, but I would like to share it with all they want to try this diet...

Well finally got fed up with my gut and a friend recommended Lipotrim so I thought I'd give it a whirl. I have to say its a bloody miracle !!! Yes I did find the 1st week hard and I was exhausted. I would recommend people starting on a Thurday so you have a weekend to adjust. I stuck to it and the results were immediate and hence ... Read the complete review

Hey everyone! I'm 5,1", I weigh 167lbs and my ideal weight would be 125lbs, (a girl can dream) This is my second time on Lipotrim, the first time I had no real support and only lost 6lbs before the headaches and hunger beat me. However, this time I'm doing it with the support of a clinic called Centaurus (North east England) if you're considering starting Lipotrim and live anywhere near I'd seriously consider checking it out as they monitor your BP etc and they give you loads of advice. This is my fifth day on the shakes, I've managed to resist temptation and my clothes are already looser, or at least they feel looser. I have a bit of a headache right now and would love something sweet but I'm just going to keep on drinking water and hope it passes. Can't wait for my first weigh in!!

A word of warning!
I am a 55 year old male, and I went on the diet for 5 days. All fine and lost about 8 lbs. However, on the fifth day, I came home from work and decided to give the car a wash. As I was hosing it down, I had a blackout and tumbled to the ground. I quickly recovered and went inside. I decided there and then that this is dangerous. A sensible balanced diet with proper foods is better. All you out there be warned. I was lucky that I didn't suffer a serious injury. You may not be so lucky.
