Hi, I don't know if this helps anyone, but I've been on the Lipotrim maintenance diet because my GP wouldn't agree to the full diet. This means I have two shakes a day (don't take the soup!) and a small balanced meal at night. I've still lost a stone and a half - and still going - in a period of 4 months. This might not be quick enough for some of you, but I've maintained my weight when I've not been sticking to the diet and found that I no longer crave "bad" foods and enjoy the food I do eat much more. I'm 44 years old and have never been able to stick to any other diet and have never felt so good in myself. I would recommend this diet to anyone and wish all you Lipotrimers good luck and healthy dieting.

I have just finished week 1 of my lipotrim programme, it was very hard not to eat and the cravings were awful! The pharmacist told me the 3rd day was always the worst and she was right! I sat outside tescos in despair craving any sort of food and it took a lot for me 2 drive away empty handed. After the 3rd day however everything ... Read the complete review

Stick with it people, its not for ever. im just completing my first week and looking forward to weighing myself monday morning. last time i did this i lost 2 stone in 21/2 weeks, but due to holidays and Christmas its all gone back on. i view this as a challenge and my desire for food and beer is not as strong as my desire to feel/look better! good luck and remain positve.

Hi all. Day four and feel great and very motivated to continue. Have had the odd scary moment specially yesterday afternoon when the other side of me was telling me to have a take-away and start on a normal low cal diet on monday and get back the gym again. I am taking it one day at a time and will see how far I get. My aim is to do 4 weeks and 2 stone and then start eating healthy again and training.
Age 31
Height 5'11
Weight 16 stone 8
The biggest risk to my four weeks is a 4 day break coming up. Will be hard to stick to this on holiday. Any tips or adivce welcome!!!!!!!

Well I am on day 3 of LT and finding it hard. Not that I am hungry, but very tired, cold and lethargic. Is this normal? Well as I was consuming over 2500 calories per day at least and now only 450, I believe that I must have to feel like this, at least for the first few days. My scales say I have already lost 8lbs, yes I know you shouldn't ... Read the complete review

Hi Joannasg,
I'm on day 4 of lipotrim. I weighed myself this am and I too have lost 8pounds. It really is hard the first few days I found it especially hard on day 2 and some of day 3 but now i'm actually fine. I'm not hungry but I am still fantisising about how a chip or cake would taste but this is for my own good.
I tried the healthy eating from the start of jan but it didn't work and the results were soooo slow that I fell off the wagon very quick. Lipotrim is very very dif to a healthy diet as it is shocking your body into using its own fat reserves to produce energy therefore HUGE weightloss. I say stick to it as long as you can. Even till your first weigh in??
Good luck

Hi this is day 4 for me on lipotrim. This diet works by sending your body into ketosis. On the food replacement shakes in total your body is taking only around 440 cals (females) a day which in turn makes your body use up all fat reserves as energy. After a few days you don't feel as hungry although its human nature to want food so a great deal of ... Read the complete review

The first 3 days I never felt so hungry, I mean I was absolutely starving and it took all my will power to continue, but I drank loads of water and waited to see if it would get better.
