Hi I have been doing the Lipotrim for 5 weeks and have lost 1stone and 7lbs I feel great. The first week is really hard to get your head around not actually eating, just the shakes and water, but the hot mint or roobios tea helps. The weight loss does slow a bit, but I am still loosing I was 13 stone 7pounds when I started now I am 12stone 1 pound.
I have 6 weeks left until I stop for Christmas, I have recomended this for some of my larger friends, as it realy does work if you stick with it.

Hi everyone! I've been to the pharmacy today and got my supplies ready to start tomorrow! Any tips and tricks would be great! I have a friend who followed the programme about a year ago and lost 3 stone! She has managed to keep it off so i thought i would give it a go as everything else has failed! I am a 22 year old female, 15st 4Ibs, 5ft 11. I want to get down to 11st and i understand this could be possible in a couple of months! Exciting prospect! I have a manic lifestyle and was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to fit it in to a busy lifestyle without everyone around watching you mix up shakes and stuff? Love reading all your comments its really getting me motivated!

I can see why this can be a good way for the seriously overweight (over 5 stone) to start a lifestyle change. However, the problem with all these crash diets is that they mess with your metabolism. The instant gratification thing is just such a bad way to lose weight. There are 2 reasons for this. The first is that crash diets make you ... Read the complete review

It is defintely a state of mind - you have to be determined to do it and stick to it. I stuck soooo rigidly to it that if I was cooking for the family and got sauce on my ... Read the complete review
