Hi everyone,

I'm now starting day four of lipotrim and I can see results already! This diet is amazing.....had a few problems with the shakes on the first couple of days (lumpy) but now I have discovered the blender and crushed ice, now I'm loving it.

I've had vanilla with coffee and lots of crushed ice and also peppermint tea with the chocolate, they are so yummy, I'm even finding the chicken soup ok.

Hopefully at the beginning of December I should be on re-feed, just in time for turkey and all the trimmings.

hi all. Just started today and not going to bad, not tried the soup yet!!!. dont really like water but its going down. hope this is all worth it, with 4 kids in the house and a skinny fella who can eat anything its going to be tough i think. this site great for seeing other peoples thoughts on it and hopefully will drag me through. will keep you all updated

Hi everyone, just started lipotrim this morning...had the chocolate shake, wasn't that bad have definitely tasted worse. Just wondering about hte chicken soup, do you make that with cold water too, just dosen't sound that appetising. Would love some feed back on that. I have tried almost every diet out there, so i'm hoping this will be the one to finally work. Heading to Australia at the end of October for a holiday of a lifetime and really want to enjoy myself and not be miserable because of my weight. I'm doing this on my own so hopefully i can get some support here, from what i have been reading it sounds like a really good place to get that support. So best of luck to everyone thats on the diet and fingers crossed for me.

Just started Lipotrim, literally just necked the chicken (suitable for vegi's, so not chicken) and wow...this is going to be tough! I had to gulp 2 mouthfuls of the chicken whilst holding my breath then gulp water to get rid of the taste! Its really not nice but ive got it into my head im doing this so i dont care!

I think you need to have a iron will to do this and think its a couple months, maybe a few out of your life but the weight is going to go! theres no if's or but's, if you stick to it and be strong its going to work!

I hope this forum will help and be supportive. Im doing this diet with my sister so i wont let her down!

i have been on lipotrim now for 10 days and have lost over 10lbs! my start weight was 15st4lb and i'm now 14st7lb, and im only 4"11 so i needed to lose the weight to get into my size14 wedding dress, im getting married on 27th sep! im quite hopefull as all my size 18s are comfy now just 10 days in and its ridiculous putting my size 20's on as they are jsut 2 big!! im not strugging very much now im gonna stay on till a few day b4 i get married. does anyone think it'll be realistic that i'll get in my dress? i can get it on but cannot do the zip up, saying that i havent tried it for 3 weeks we'll see!!

This is my second week and im finding it so tough!!! I lost 4lbs in the first week and would have lost more had i not picked on food. I picked again this week...but am trying to be good. How do i lose more in a week?

In total i need to lose 1 stone and 12lbs. The quicker it goes the quicker i can get back onto food...

I started the Lipotrim programme on Friday the 15/8/08, which means I will be due at my pharmacy for my weight check on thursday the 21/8/08..My start weight was 11stone 4lbs (158lbs) I was quiet shocked as I'm only 4ft 11 inches so I decided I was determined to do something positive to loose weight. The first 3 days were the hardest for me, I have my formula 3 times a day and I drink 4 pints of water a day also which is starting to get easier..I'm on my 4th day today and I feel that my stomach is no longer as bloated as it was on day one which makes me feel good..I'm excited but also nervous about my weight check on thursday but I have confidence that my dedication and determanation will show a difference on the scales, I'll keep you informed....

Ok so I've done lipotrim many times before, it works absolutely complete wonders, I think the most weight I've lost in week is probably 11lbs. In a month I lost about 2 and a half stone. The breath is the worst part, and the horrid taste in your mouth. Hunger isn't too bad although I always find myself dreaming about food! lol

Hi there - I'm about to sign up at my local pharmacy for the lipotrim - I've done alot of research but can't find any info on what is actually in the shake powders, particularly because I am allergic to soya and sometimes I know companies use this as a bulking agent. Can anyone tell me the ingredients? Thanks!

just started lipotrim. I don't find the hunger a problem at all - my main problem is the taste of the shakes. I've tried putting ice in it, but it's taking me at least one hour to down one shake. Surely this isn't right? I would love to hear of anyone with tips to get the shakes down quickly and pain free!!!!

By the end of today I will have completed 3 weeks. Its going well, I've lost 21lbs. Had a headache the first day,but nothing since. hi, i started the programme tuesday 5th august 08 and im now on day 5. the lady at the chemist said by this day ketones will have kicked in. Should i feel any different?
