I started Lipotrim 4 weeks ago and i have lost 16lbs!!! I am so glad that i decided to give this a go. Only 4 weeks ago i was at a very low point with my self esteem and now i can't believe how different i feel and look! It it the easiest weight loss program that i have ever done. I did not feel ill, feel hungry or have any headaches. It is only in the last few days that i have felt exhaused - my bodies way of saying enough i think! Everyone is telling me how great i look in such a short space of time. Anyone wanting to lose weight and is thinking about going on Lipotrim should give it a go and see how much confidence you gain. Money well spent!! Go for it!

Started on Tuesday - am the heaviest I ever been, even when I was pregnant -just dropped my shake at work and in a dilemma as I don`t have another sachet!(If I have some plain fish, will it ruin it?!)Very tired,cold and a bit grumpy - miss food but really want to do this - I`m hoping it gets better soon...What it has made me realise is that I pick and don`t even realise what/how much I`ve eaten....that has to be a good thing - also worried that even if I do eat healthily that the weight will pile back on....

hey, this is my first day of the diet and it isnt as easy as i thought it would be, im tring to swallow this chicken soup as i type this but have to say so far..it is nicer than the shake! maybe ill get use to them, but im feeling very hungry at the moment, but i wont give up!
i tryed flapjack yday when i got given the pack, but they are horrible so i wnt be having those.

any tips from anyone of how to make to soup and shakes taste nicer?

I am thinking of starting lipotrim tomorrow but have heard horror stories that it makes you sick and depressed. Has anyone had any of these symtpoms?

Hi putting crushed ice into the shakes I' ve read makes them nicer and adding a sweetner like canderel to them also makes them easier to drink. I was going to start today but have left it to tomorrow as I wasn't well this morning. The ice makes the shake colder which will help it go down better. Im starting the lipotrim diet on monday but i HATE milkshakes. I need to lose this weight so im prepared to do anything...including drinking milkshakes!! What do they taste like? are they really horrible? are the flapjack nicer?

Started Lipotrim yesterday. Going ok just felt a bit headachy yesterday. I will be sticking to strawberry shakes and chicken soup. Vanilla shake is not nice!! Need to lose about 3 stone. I have tried every diet going and as I have underactive thyroid weight goes on very easily. Lets hope this works :-)

Hi every one , Today was my first day and dame it was hard , i think its easy in the morning but stated feeling more hungry in the evening , the shakes aint all that bad i think the strawberry is the best , vanilla taste abit powdery but haythey could have made it worst , also black tea is not bad at all just had my first cup and it taste great maybe cause i feel hungry . I have a funny dry taste in my month and feel abit tied but i have faith i will get through it wish me luck and i wish every one doing it luck xsx i will keep you guy informed

I am now doing this diet for the 2nd time after losing 5st 7lb in 13 weeks then falling pregnant and gaining 3st 7lb. I am currently on week 11 and have lost 4st 6lb with another week until I start re-feeding. This diet really does work and although those 1st 2wks are like torture, it does get much easier and the results are amazing. The confidence boost you get when people comment on how well u look gives the motivation to carry on for another week. To all the people starting Lipotrim and to those in their first few days who feel like packing it in, DON'T GIVE UP!!!!

Deajas....I recommend Lipotrim. I suffer from ibs and it has done wonders for my stomach pains. Sometimes with the powders you get a bit bunged up after a couple of days, but if you drink over and above the recommended amount of water then you should be fine. i really want to start lipotrim this week i am off work for the summer holidays as i am a school caterer, i thought it wud be best to start now as there wont be the temptation of food eight hours a day, the only problem i have is that i have ibs although i feel it is under control now i dont know if the pharmacist we allow me, does anyone know anything bout ibs an being on lipotrim. I have to friends who have been on the programme with great success. I am 5'0'' an weigh 11.9 would love to get down to 10 stone.

people on here seem to be new to lipotrim so i thought i would give u a boost. 2 years ago i was 12 stone and went on lipotrim for 3 months, i did have breaks in between if i needed to eat or drink for wedding etc but i didnt over do it. so only 2 months and i went from 12 stone to 8 stone 4!

This was 2 years ago and i have never put the weight back on, it was the best thing i ever did and i love bein a size 8 to 10!! It is very hard at first but please please stick to it as it changed my life and made me confident again. good luck everyone u can do it x
