Rosemary Conley clubs are excellent value for money. As well as a good diet programme you get a low impact aerobics session in a class full of other overweight and unfit people. There is a 5 min talk instead of a boring lecture and the exercise class is great.

I hate exercise classes which are full of fit slim people in skimpy leotards. At the RC club you are in a class with other people who are not that able and who don't look good in workout clothes. For the first time ever I enjoyed the workout. The class is great with a short talk after weigh in and then your workout which gives overall fantastic value for money. You can even go to another class and just pay to workout if you want to do more than one exercise class a week.
