Disadvantages: no offers to existing customers

TV wise I really rate sky, the only thing that lets them down from my point of view is that they have great offers to attract new customers but existing loyal customers are not eligible for them (I'm only jealous as I wish I could get Sky plus for 49 pounds not the 99 pounds they charge existing customers).

Telephone works out for me much cheaper than any of the other packages also and I've never had any problems with them.

As an internet provider they can be a bit of a nightmare when there is a problem. You get passed around from pillar to post and depending on who you get through to depends on whether or not you are likely to get it sorted out or not. Wireless routers that they provide are of a low quality I've had 3 of them in the last 6 months.

Waiting for a wireless router again and again to be delivered can be mildly annoying as you have wires trailing all over the house in the mean time. I often loose connection whilst online also and my wireless network vanishes but as this happened much more frequently with my previous provider that is why I have reviewed as neutral not negative as in my experience they are better than others but could also improve.
