Hi my name is Julia. i have been on slimming world diet for just 4 days. I feel this is the one for me. I can eat loads, feel great and feed the family the same food as me! Its great.
I have my first WEIGH IN on Tuesday evening and iam conferdant I have lost at least a few pound.
I feel better in myself and know this is the best way for me to lose this extra weight.
Go on give it a go. You've only got weight to lose!

You haven't even weighed in yet, so how can you know if it works? This just doesn't tell me anything about Slimming World at all.

Hi Julia. Really feel that you need to give a lot more info eg what is unique about slimming world.

sorry for NU and good luck in losing the weight but this told me nothing about Slimming World nor helped me make a decsion about whether I would like to try it or not.
