Advantages: Better Skin, Better quality of life!

I have been with Slimming World for 25 weeks now and have lost 3½ stone, I have gone from size 18 to a size 12 and I am within ½ a stone of my ideal target weight. It is definately a way of life now, I can eat loads of food and the plans encourage you to eat really healthily, my skin is fabulous, I am sleeping a lot better and I feel absolutely fantastic.

Summary: Eat loads, get all the encouragement you need and improve your life

so tell us more about the plaN, THE MEETINGS 9IF YOU GO TO ANY0, DID YOU FIND IT DIFFICULT OR EASY? ii KNOW HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO DIET AS I LIKE YOU LOST 3 AND 1/2 STONE AND WENT FORM 18 TO 12 BUT I DID IT WITH rOSEMARY CONNELELY
