Slimming World is a weekly meeting for people who wish to lose weight but its not just about losing the weight its about feeling good about yourself and gaining confidence in your own abilities.

This week made me really think about how slimming world has and will change my life. You see ladies and men who lost loads of weight and can share their stories, this has given me a boost when i saw the before photos and what they look like now. This week i lost 3 pounds, that's a total of 1 stone 1 pound in 7 weeks. I got slimmer of the month and its these little awards that make you feel proud of your achievements.

Each week we are never made to feel bad about ourselves, even if we have had a little gain, our consultant will discuss with you in private any issues you may have but to be honest we probably don't care and share each others ups and downs opening as the groups are so friendly and comfortable.

I don't want to run into details about the slimming plan but can tell you its the most simple and easiest method to follow, yes i do know i have tried everything else.

So i just wanted to let everyone know that slimming world can change your life and to give it a try.
