great way to shift a few pounds (Slimming World)

Advantages: loosing weight

Disadvantages: it does take time

I really wanted to shift a few pounds but nothin really worked and i couldent stick to a diet as i thought they were so strict i did a few well none diets such as the canberyy and thought it was wrong as its just living on shakes and that wasent for me.

I tried all sorts but when i was introduced to slimming world i thought ide give it a go and i got along with it really well you dont have to stop your self having your favourite things either as you are aloud a treat from time to time.
also my auntie lost 7 stone on the slimming world diet and looks really great ive lost 2 stone and fill really happy.

The great thing is you can have a red day with your meats and veg and a green day with your pasta and jacket potatos you can basicly eat as much healthy good fod as you want to.

And are also aloud 10-15 sins a day so you can have a fun size choccy bar or 3 packets of quavers or just one packet of walkers i find that helps me a lot as im not cutting of my favourite things and im still loosing weight if you want to try it go to your local sliiming world class it really does help
