Advantages: A non faddy sensible eating plan

Disadvantages: takes a bit of time to get use to

I sterted following Slimming world over 3 years ago, I have lost over 8 stone using there plan, and My son has lost over 5. I find I can follow the plan well, and My son has maintained his weight loss.
For me the plan works and My life has changed so much I am fitter, healthies and happier.
I dont go to classes, Its my thing I eat more If I feel other people are in charge. But get support from their website and other on line dieting friends.
I find the way of eating is not a diet but a way of life, it is well balenced non faddy and affords you choice.
I have passed the SW plan on to many friends. and they have also lost weight and kept it off. This is not a crash diet it is a good way to lose weight and stay slim I have 3 more stone to go I will do it with Slimming World .
By the way I have gone from size 30 to size 20 in skirts... now need to revew second hand shops!!!!
Good luck if you Join SW you wont regret it.
I did go to the class at first to get the hang of the eating plan & rejoined after losing 7 stone for a refresher if you need the class then they are friendly and suportive but just not my thing!
