Advantages: A very balanced diet with no restriction on quantity

Disadvantages: Can't work out the "Sin" value of all foods

I, too am back on the Slimming World diet, having tried just about every diet under the sun.

I really do like their eating plans, I think that not having to weigh and measure everything is the biggest advantage, but I just wish they would divulge their method of working out the "Sins".

With Weightwatchers it is very easy to work out the points, but although Slimming World can sell you a book with thousands of items of food and their "Sin" value, it is inevitable that I will find one that isn't in there. I know they have a helpline where you can phone and find out about any food that isn't listed but it's at least 50p a minute.

It would be to their advantage to let out their formula as people wouldn't go off the rails as sometimes happens when they can't work out how many "Sins" they have had!

Apart from that gripe, it is the easiest diet and certainly if you have a big appetite and enjoy your meat the very best!
