My husband has been on the slimming world plan for a year. previously myself and all the family went on it . I lost 2 and a half stone and as a family we lost about 18 stone( 6 of us). After taking aa christmas break my husband went back on plan but found however good he was not a pound came off and some weeks a pound went on. Really demo
