A great review which gives all the pros and cons. Slimming World has a great reputation for being health conscious. It's never an old fashioned restrictive or mad weird diet ever. Easy and quick to pick up. All my previous experience has been with lovely and well informed consultants. No judgement just great help...so I'm going back to my group this week.....wish me luck!

And you've done well - keep it up.

I am researching it now and realise that whats recommended by this eating plan is what i already eat. What i need to do now is arrange the eating into red and green days and hopefully i'll lose like you have BTW i have 6 stones to lose...... god help me.
