My cream carpets were less than cream. I'd tried cleaning them myself, but I just couldn't get them to come up sparkling. It was time to call in the professionals.

I visited a few websites, and decided to give Stainbusters a go. I dropped them a message through their website, and the response was quick and friendly. I booked them for a Saturday morning, two weeks ahead.

The quote I received was clear, and I thought reasonable. For my dining room and living room, to be deep cleaned and fabriguard-ed it cost me £120.
I had my suite cleaned as well, and it took the Stainbuster man four hours to do the lot.

I think he earned his money! With two dogs in the house, there was more dirt in the carpets and suite than I realised - until it was clean! Funny enough, the arm that one dog coverts was the dirtest part of the sofa.

The guy that came to do the job, was prompt and friendly. He got right down to the job, and worked until it was finished. He offered to show me what came out of the sofa, but I really didn't want to see that! He showed me the results of the sofa before tackling the carpets, and explained clearly what the Fabriguard does and doesn't do.

They do not claim to return anything to like new state, I would say that my sofa looks like new, as did my living room carpet. Now, my dining room carpet was hideous before he got stuck in. He recognised the dark spots as where the dogs had shaken themselves (something I didn't know!) It was in such a state, I would've been chuffed to have seen it somewhere near cream. I was estatic when he'd finished. Although I wouldn't say it was like new, but it was 100 times cleaner than it was. And maybe 10 times better than I'd hoped. You can still see that the most used part is darker than the rest, but it's so less obvious.

I am thrilled with the results. I would recommend Stainbusters to any friend or relation or bystander.
