SupasnapsNewest Review: ... London and I wanted to get my images printed as soon as possible so being that Supasnaps were offering a 30 minute service I thought brilliant straight to them I go. Paying through the nose for this service (around £20 for 60 photos) I was expecting great things but when I returned after 35 minutes I was told the machine had jammed and they had not printed any yet. I asked if I was now getting discount but I was told if I wanted them in the next hour the price stood or I could get them next day for £5 cheaper. Disgusted as I was I wanted these prints badly so I agreed to return one hour later and when I did the photos were there but they w... more |

I no longer use any company for photo processing as I have a photo printer myself now and all my images are digital so I do it all myself. When I was using these services I started off using Supasnaps but then changed from them to boots because their service was so poor. There is no longer a Supasnaps in my area and that is probably because of their service, their prices were very competitive and definitely cheaper than Boots but they used to promise the earth and come nowhere near keeping their promises. My worst experience with them was after a weekend in London and I wanted to get my images printed as soon as possible so being that Supasnaps ... Read the complete review

I have taken two lots of photos to SupaSnaps, the first which was from a disposable camera was great, no probs. The second which was digital photos on two cd's labelled how many copies were required. in total 145 pics. All these images were taken when we had my mother in law staying with us from Brazil, and we had taken all the pics in the meantime, and wanted to get them all developed so she could take a copy back with her. We took them in a week before she was due to fly out, the lady in the shop filled out all the forms, told us they would be ready for collection by midweek. I returned to the store midweek, was told that he had not been devoloped as ... Read the complete review

Supasnaps took my cherished B/W photos of New York and put them through the colour developer, ruining the film. For this gross incompetence I received a free film. I emplore you to avoid this shop as they cannot be trusted with your pictures. They have taken away 2 weeks of happy memories with no apology. Think carefully about what you pictures are worth to you before entering a Supasnaps. This occured in the City branch, Eldon Street, London. Try the boots in liverpool st as a good alternative. ... Supasnaps can be found in several places around where i work in London and so they are quick and easy for me to use. They are one of few photo developers who still offer you a choice as standard of either gloss or matt finish... most places just give you gloss unless you specifically ask otherwise. The prices are a lot cheaper than the other big high street processor - boots and i have found that their one-hour service is a lot more reliable than my local boots. It is several months since i have used them so i can't remember exact prices but next time i am in there, I will update this dooyoo. Most supasnaps shops also offer a small range ... Well, I couldn't wait to get my photos developed so, as you do, I took them to a certain chemist to get the 1 hour service, no go, their equipment wasn't working they would take 3 days! Ok, quick search around the shopping precinct to find another film developers, found Supasnaps. Went back to the pub (well, we were on honeymoon)(no flash pricey foreign fortnight for us - a week in Blackpool, but it was brill) and sat clock watching for the next hour. "What time is it? (for the 10th time). Right, nearly one hour, I'm off to collect be back soon" I declared to my new Hubby. For the first time ever, I picked up ... Read the complete review
