Supasnaps took my cherished B/W photos of New York and put them through the colour developer, ruining the film. For this gross incompetence I received a free film. Supasnaps can be found in several places around where i work in London and so they are quick and easy for me to use. They are one of few photo developers who still offer you a choice as standard of either gloss or matt finish... most places just give you gloss unless you specifically ask otherwise.
