This company are good at coming out, surveying and giving you the babble. They took half of the money as deposit then promised the door would be fitted within 6-8 weeks. 12 weeks later they eventually turned up one morning without warning ripped my old door out, only to realise they had made the door to narrow. The fitters left my old door wedged into the opening where it stayed put for about a day before the wind blew onto my neighbour's car !!. It took me 3 weeks of calling and mailing to get through to them, i eventually visited their so called office. Now, 16 weeks later -- Im still waiting. Im a pensioner and feel very vulnerable, this company are a bunch of rude people who dont care about customers. When I asked for a date they said that as im not working that they would come whenever, asap to do the door.. they would 'surprise me' Please don't let this happen to you. I am definately not letting them back onto my property, and considering pursuing this in civil court.
